SymphonySuites are generally offered as fully furnished individual offices or
multi-office suites at a fixed monthly charge that includes a number of features
and services. This monthly charge is calculated based on window wall (vs. interior);
size; furnishings; term; view, and of course, availability. At SymphonySuites, the only
other base monthly charge is for telephone service. Since availability changes frequently
and there are so many combinations of price, please call us with your specific requirements

What's The Cost Per Square Foot?
We often hear this question from the world of commercial real estate, and it almost never applies
when evaluating office business centers. First, the calculation of office space size differs
considerably between an office business center and the traditional direct space lease. In a
lease, a Tenant must rent much more space than simply the private office(s) required just to
open the office. There are space requirements for hallways, closets; waiting areas; equipments
areas; and much more, which any office needs to function. In the office business center, the
Client only needs to evaluate the size of their private office--everything else is factored into
the monthly charge. For example, a three room SymphonySuite with 400 square feet of office area
is equivalent to 2000 square feet or more of traditional office space. Even with over 2000 square
feet, Tenants do not get the depth and size of the amenities available to even the smallest
office Client at SymphonySuites.
How Do I Compare Office Business Center's In My Area?
We often get calls with people trying to evaluate office business centers over the phone starting
with cost. Unfortunately, there is no possible way to differentiate centers from a phone call.
Commonly, two close centers may have similar prices, but you can be certain they will be very
different. Most office business centers have a particular market niche or emphasis, which may,
or may not be appropriate for you or your business.
The only way to determine which center you would choose to represent your business is to make an appointment and tour. When you walk in be alert as to the surroundings immediately.
